Students must apply for this program before starting the course. Students will take both Customer Service and Retailing either 1st semester or 2nd semester and work for Walmart, which can be used as a building block to other retail employment.
Developing customer satisfaction and loyalty is the focus of the Customer Service course. The students will gain an understanding of the skills, attitudes, and thinking patterns needed to win customer satisfaction and loyalty. Learn and refine tasks necessary for success in the service industry. Develop service strategies, refine service skills, and gain experience to calmly aid customers in decision making. Prepare for job opportunities.
