Once again the Anatomy and Physiology class are doing some amazing things.
They were breaking hearts, .....well they were actually dissecting hearts today.  It was the log awaited day to dissect pig hearts.
What an experience for these students. They learned the ins and outs of the heart.  They found the valves, coronary arteries, and the chordae tendineae also known as our heartstrings.

Students found that if they hold the heart up that it actually does look like a valentine heart.

Huge Shout out to Ms. Hartvisen for giving them the opportunity to have this experience. And to Mr. Brian Blake for helping out with the instruction during this class.
