Semester 2 Concurrent Enrollment

Submitted by anna.palmer on

It's that time when classes are changing and students have the opportunity to receive college credit while taking classes here at ALC. Students enrolled in the ALC classes listed below can be concurrently enrolled (Concurrent Enrollment-CE) in these high school classes and UVU and thus receive college credit while receiving high school credit. This opportunity saves families hundreds of dollars in tuition.

Receiving college credit while in high school requires a two-step process. First, students must apply for admission to UVU. After admission, students register for the UVU course. This link http://www.uvu.edu/concurrent/ gives great instructions for this process.

Application and registration are quickly approaching. Wednesday, January 21st is the last day for students to complete UVU Admission. Friday, January 23rd is the last day to complete course sign-ups. (Sophomores must complete a "Sophomore by Exception" form and turn it in to us as their registration process.

If you have any questions, please contact us at info-alc [at] nebo.edu or call 801-489-2833 during school hours.
