Nebo ALC Teacher of the Year 2018 - 2019 Ms. Natalie Grant

Last night, one of our amazing teachers was honored as one of the "Teacher of the Year" for Nebo School District for the year 2018-2019. Ms. Natalie Grant was the teacher that was honored.  

Ms. Grant teaches the Health Science classes here at the ALC. She has been teaching at the ALC for 5 years.  Throughout those years, she has touched so many lives with her teaching and with her love for her students. Many of those students still keep in contact with Ms. Grant.  Natalie has played a huge roll in the growth and success of the ALC, and we are very lucky to have her as part of our ALC team. 

Her letter of recommendation from a parent stated this, 

“Natalie is proficient at working with students to help them understand confusing medical terms and vocabulary through hands-on learning activities. She is the first faculty member to arrive and the last to leave at the end of the day. Ms. Grant can be found at the end of the day working with a student who may be struggling. She truly cares about her students and their successes. She is delightful and students really enjoy her class and teaching style. Ms. Grant elevates the professionalism and knowledge level at the Advanced Learning Center.”
