Crystal Apple Award

Today, December 10th, 2021, the Crystal Apple Award was presented to Preston Powell of the ALC.

It was presented to Mr. Powell by Craig R. Harvey representing Horace Mann, and also a tribute, by Ms. Sherri Gurley, one of Preston's co-workers and friends.

Preston Teaches the Digital Media classes here at the ALC and we are very lucky to have him as part of our ALC team.

Preston is a longtime resident of Utah., although he calls St. Louis Missouri his second home. He graduated from Payson High School in 1997.

For the last ten years, he has taught at UVU, Springville High, and at the ALC.

He loves being in the classroom and interacting with each and every student, sharing his knowledge and expertise on all things Digital Media related.
