The ALC is excited to announce the kick-off to our FIRST Robotics Competition! First Robotics is the ultimate "Sport for the Mind", where imagination and innovation come together. By combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology, teams are challenged to design a team 'brand', hone teamwork skills, and build and program robots to perform tasks against a field of competitors." - FIRST Robotics
This Saturday, January 8 at 9:30 AM in Eastmond's room (at the ALC) we will be holding a Kickoff Meeting and Pancake Breakfast for the FIRST Robotics competition!
- Any 9th-12th grader in Nebo School District can participate!
- You don't have to have any prior robotics experience to join!
- Game and season info will be revealed, and we will begin our planning for the season!
