A huge thank you to everyone who made the ALC open house a success! From prospective students to parents, siblings, and current students our building was overflowing with interest in the amazing courses available at The Advanced Learning Center. Mr. Eastmond had his First Robotics club entertaining the masses, popcorn was served by Mrs. Ewell, and swag was provided by the U.S. Air Force Academy and Utah Valley University. It was a fun and informational two days with teachers welcoming all into their classrooms to spotlight their programs and hands-on curriculum.
We at the ALC are excited to welcome new students into our building next year and look forward to the course registrations flowing in. If you haven't had a chance to visit the ALC or hear about the CTE and CE courses we provide to Nebo School District high school students, swing by sometime and check us out. Parents will wish these classes were around when they were in high school! Registration has started at most Nebo high schools and junior high schools (for future 10th-grade students) so make sure to fill out your registration card for the ALC as well.
