We were so excited to welcome several Elementary Principals to the ALC for lunch and a tour of our amazing campus! We are doing this in high school "feeder" groups over the next few weeks, e.g., elementary school(s) that will attend each high school.
We talked about different ways to promote the ALC to elementary parents, students, older siblings, and communities. Our visitors were able to visit classrooms and see the awesome learning happening here at the ALC. They joined us in delivering ice cream sandwiches to our students to celebrate a successful end to our first term of school.
Why would an elementary principal be interested in touring the ALC? The ALC is an outstanding building with multiple specialty programs offered in a very unique layout and atmosphere. We are also working on the Elementary Education Loop that will directly impact elementary schools in the near future. They were so interested, and even found things for their own children.
