Engineering Students Build Bridges

Submitted by shelley.heaton on Thu, 03/02/2017 - 08:35

Principles of Engineering students built bridges as the conclusion of the materials and structures unit. These students discussed various types of trusses, calculated force vectors and moments, and calculated truss forces. Students were able to design their own trusses, build them, and then calculate the efficiency after testing.

There are always fun and exciting things going on Mrs. Massic Classes.

Registration is coming upon us for 2017-2018 year. Make sure you get signed up if this is something you would be interested in doing.
