REMINDER... NO ALC CLASSES On .. MONDAY 5th AND NO CLASSES ON TUESDAY. MARCH 6th   

We Will Resume Regular Classes on Wednesday, March 7. It will be an " A" Day

The UVU Policy Academy visited The ALC Criminal Justice Classes this past week. 

Patrice Bolen and her sidekick, Colin D. Cops, came to explain to the students what is required to take these classes and also what is expected from the students if this is a pathway they would like to take.

She talked to the students about the academy and what the process would be. 

We appreciate these special guest speakers that take time to come and educate our students.

Mr. Arnolds Film/Audio classes are gearing up for the Nebo Film Festival. The students are busy filming and editing their short films that they have been planning and filming for the past few weeks.

It has been fun seeing them throughout the halls setting their scenes up.  

We look forward to seeing the finished products.

ALC's Advanced Anatomy and Physiology Class and the Medical Forensics Class traveled to SLC to tour the Cadaver Lab at the University of Utah last Friday. They braved the storm, with the help of our wonderful bus driver, Carl. It was well worth braving the storm!!!

Students were able to handle different organs and see how medical students and anatomists work on cadavers.  It was very interesting and a great educational opportunity for the students.
