Mr. Hawks's construction class recently had the opportunity to visit the Sunroc plant in Spanish Fork, offering students a firsthand look at career possibilities in the construction industry. During the trip, employees shared insights into their personal career paths and highlighted the many benefits of working for Sunroc, a company known for its strong presence in the construction sector.

In addition to hearing from professionals, students toured the shop and gained a deeper understanding of the various careers available within the industry. A highlight for many was the chance to interact with and climb aboard some of the heavy equipment, providing an up-close look at the machinery used in construction work.

A special thank you goes out to Jake Hinckley for his ongoing support of Nebo School District students. His efforts to connect students with real-world experiences like this make a lasting impact on their future career exploration.

The trip left students excited and inspired, sparking interest in potential careers in construction.
