Each year the computer-aided design (CAD) students are challenged to design, model and create 3D-printed pinewood derby cars as one of their culminating projects. Once students have printed their cars, it's time to hit the track!
In a March Madness style bracket, students duel to be the fastest in class! This year, for the first time ever, Logan Spendlove (car pictured) beat Mr. Barlow's car by 0.01 seconds! Logan's car was clocked going over 17 miles an hour down the track!
